This artwork is based off a sketch I did after having an anxiety attack. Its that feeling of chaos in your head, heart and stomach all at once, with so many ideas and scenarios spinning that they are a tangled mess. And at the same time, I felt as though my energy had drained out of me, to exhausted to take action.
