-10 pages of exercises to teach yourself how to use the journal and create a key for you to reference as you begin your practice
-11 weeks worth of journal pages, you can use them daily for the 11 weeks, or on as as-you-feel-like-it basis and use the journal for longer!
-every 7 pages there is a reflection prompt for you to examine your recent entries to find themes and insights on your energy!
